Guy Meslin. In 1610 my ancestors already were vinegrowers in Saint-Emilion. In 1882 they created Laroze. I took over the management of the family vineyard in 1990 after my father retired. I am 50, married, and we have two boys aged of 7 and 5. A real passion drives me to pilot this great growth vineyard of Bordeaux and produce fabulous wines!
This morning’s newspaper reported that since Hong Kong has eliminated customs duty on imported wines, in the last two months, volumes coming into the country increased by 120% while the value of wine imports rose by 200%, compared to the same two months last year.
